About Driven Marketing Agency®

Driven Marketing Agency® is a growing agency in Worcester, founded in April 2023.

In less than 2 years Driven Marketing Agency has grown from zero people to a team of 3 – and this role will be the 4th full time position in the business. We also have the pleasure of working with a number of freelancers that bring a range of skills and creativity into the team.

Our founders Callum and Ry have a proven track record with their first business Pyramid Car Care on course to hit £1M turnover in 2025 and Sub Zero Clean a fresh new startup.

Our offices are based on site with Pyramid Car Care and we’re constantly surrounding by sports cars, super cars and other luxury/exotic stuff.

Most of our clients are in the Automotive Industry, and fall into one of the following categories: local service businesses, dealerships, manufacturers, retailers and eCommerce businesses.

We’re a small team with big ambitions to help automotive businesses grow, and we’re really looking for ambitious individuals to join us on our journey.

Our client work is split into 2 sections:

• Web Design & Projects – focused around website projects and one off marketing management
• Marketing Management – monthly marketing management programmes for clients where we manage their websites, Google Ads, SEO, Meta Ads and more

The Job

This a brand new role at Driven Marketing Agency® working closely with our Marketing Exec (Liv) and Marketing Manager (James).

Liv joined the team in 2024, as Marketing Assistant in our Web Design team, and has recently been promoted to Marketing Executive.

James joined the team in 2023 as Marketing Manager after 3 months working with us on a freelance basis.

This new Marketing Assistant role will get the opportunity to work across web design projects and marketing management, as well as supporting our founder Callum.

We’re planning to invest in training to develop valuable skills in the following areas and more.

• Building WordPress websites
• Creating and Managing Google Ads
• Search Engine Optimisation (SEO)
• Local SEO
• Managing Google Business Profiles
• Meta Ads
• Customer Relationship Management tools such as Hubspot
• Canva and Photoshop
• Google Marketing Platform (Analytics, GA4, Search Console, Tag Manager, Experiments, Merchant Centre)
• and more!

Any applicants bringing skills and experience in any of the above will be favoured.

You will join the team as a Marketing Assistant, with a clear progression plan which could include Executive and Manager – a plan that is unique to you.

This is not your typical job description, we are looking for someone at the start of their marketing career.

You are not expected to have several years of experience, nor do we expect you to be an expert in marketing, web or SEO.

All experience levels will be considered.

Training & development is guaranteed.
